Pale yellow-green. A hint of fresh pear and mango with an underlying note of nutmeg, a hint of elderflower, dark minerality. Full-bodied, distinct sweetness, pleasant touch of honey, underlaid with ripe tropical fruit, delicate hints of passion fruit, lingers well, yellow fruit notes in the finish.
