Tasting from 02.06.2021: Ulrich Sautter

Bright coral pink. Very fragrant, rose, wild strawberry, wax and stony, slate notes. Creamy on the palate, full-bodied, sweet fruit on the palate, not unfresh despite the mild acidity, a delicate bitterness gives the wine tension and support, subtle phenolics carry into the long finish. Very individual, the exact opposite of an easy-drinking rosé.

More about the tasting

Light onion pink, silver tints. Floral scent of candied violets and cassis, red berry confit, inviting bouquet. Juicy, also on the palate very floral, substantial and long lasting, mineral finish, fine salty nuances on the finish, blueberries in the aftertaste.
