Tasting Notes

Tasting from 14.02.2019: Peter Moser

Dark ruby, opaque core, purple reflections, slightly watery rim. Delicate animalistic spiciness, black berry fruit aromas of blackberry and liquorice, tobacco nuances. Juicy, elegant and fresh, vivid tannins, peppery spicy finish, dark minerality, salty aftertaste. It is a refined food wine and already good to drink.
