Tasting from 14.02.2019: Peter Moser

Medium yellow-green, silver reflections. Inviting aroma of acacia honey, yellow tropical fruit, DELICATE hint of dried figs, some cardamom. Juicy, elegant, fine extracted sweetness, mineral texture, integrated acidic arc, again some fig fruit on the finish, fine salty touch, persistent, already easy to drink, fresh finish, has further ageing potential.
