Tasting from 28.05.2015: Martin Kilchmann, Peter Moser, Ulrich Sautter

Balsamic aroma, spontaneous with a leathery note, wet chalk and dried apple slice. On the palate it is intensely tactile and mineral, textured and suspenseful, homogeneous on the middle palate, salty and bone dry but not aggressive, very purist, full-bodied and concentrated, perfectly extracted in its mineral content, excellent in proportion and coherence.
