Tasting from 29.10.2020: Peter Moser, Ulrich Sautter, Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

A fruity bouquet with notes of red currant, cassis leaves and ripe sour cherry as well as plum which also gives hints of caramel and cocoa hints. The palate is inviting, flattering with fine polished tannin, juicy, plum fruit flavours and a mineral, long finish.
