Freshly sliced strawberry, cherry, cocktail cherry, candied fruit. A refined hint of wood. Smooth on the palate, soft and creamy, mild acidity, yet in shape thanks to the mineral undertone. Noble and elegant. And culinary: it makes you think of bouillabaisse or pâtés.
