The white wine Petit Chablis, vintage 2020 from the winery Domaine Séguinot Bordet has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 90+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Chardonnay from the region Bourgogne in France.
A neat, attractive aroma: some lime blossom, pepper and honey candy. On the palate, the wine is juicy and pithy, with freshness and acidity taking centre stage: this is an uncomplicated, hearty food companion that will go better with oysters, for example, than most single-vineyard Chablis.
