Matthew Argyros’s ticket to fame, the Monsignori comes from a single vineyard high up in Pyrgos and sees no oak. Sharp as a laser with an aristocratic crushed stone juice profile, never phenolic, firmly mineral, tautly acidic, long and deep—an amazing expression of Santorini’s uniqueness.
