Medium yellow-green with silver reflections. Nuances of lime blossom, fresh meadow herbs, a touch of chamomile and subtle honey. Juicy and complex, with fine white pear fruit, delicate peach, taut acid core, salty and long lasting, a multi-faceted food companion. Fine fruit sweetness on the finish, great development and certain ageing potential.
