Tasting from 02.12.2022: Peter Moser, Ulrich Sautter, Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach

Light greenish yellow in colour with silver reflections. On the nose, a somewhat reserved bouquet, with nuances of acacia honey, a touch of clove and white pear. The taut, balanced palate is light-footed with a lively structure, and fine fruit expression. A delicate, persistent wine, full of finesse, with fine herbal spice and a saline finish. Has the potential for further ageing.
