Wood and yeast on the nose, spontaneous fermentation. Powerful extract, some phenolics, acidity slowly gaining intensity on the palate, mineral tones, a striking wine with tension and high density, with mineral undertones and a tendency towards savoury development. The crowning alcohol (14.5) remains completely inconspicuous.
