Herbal-spicy tones of pimpernel, cress and abate pear show on the nose whilst the palate has an invigorating freshness thanks to the finesse-rich acidity and mineral tone. It's clear as a bell with a straightforward structure, leading to a slightly peppery finish that lends additional tension.
