Dark salmon pink with orange reflections. A fruity nose of wild strawberries, raspberry jam and redcurrant, with a touch of rooibos. There's a balanced sweetness and acidity on the palate which is juicy with a medium body and good length. Fine tart grapefruit notes show on the finish, making for an ideal aperitif.
