Tasting Notes

Tasting from 16.10.2013

Medium greenish yellow colour. Delicately smoky white stone fruit flavours, in the background fine citrus zest, a hint of mandarins, some blossom honey, multi-faceted bouquet. Juicy, fine vegetal savouriness, vineyard peach, lively, harmonious acidity, appears light-footed and animating to drink, lemony nuances on the finish, salty-mineral, fine fruitiness in the aftertaste, very good ageing potential.
