Tasting from 09.07.2019: Ulrich Sautter

Very open with intense red currant, cassis, and blackberry. Cool and fresh on the palate, juicy with plump fruit, mellow tannins in a medium-high quantity, ripe acidity. It is an accessible wine that is easy to drink, not very mineral, but fruity and completely harmonious.
