Brilliant salmon pink colour. Red fruit bouquet of strawberry, fresh figs, a touch of black cherry and red pepper. Juicy on the palate, characterised by precisely balanced dosage, harmonious acidity and subtly tart notes of blossom honey. Lively and animating, with a refreshing finish and medium length. A wonderful aperitif.
