Clear, rich ruby-garnet colour. Opens on the nose with fine savoury notes, some marjoram, then beautiful cherry and plum. Firm and gripping on the palate, showing plenty of grippy, tightly woven tannins, then lots of ripe fruit on the finish, especially cherry, long and straightforward.
