Amarena cherry with strong woody notes, hazelnut, vanilla and citrus notes, sponge cake. Penetrating palate with homogeneously building pressure, crumbly to sandy, still slightly astringent tannins, rather restrained acidity and thus a certain tendency towards breadth. Good length, and definitely also mineral components.
