Some evolution here; still fresh and white-fruited, with hints of honey, orange peel and nuts on the nose. The sweet, autolytic characters of apple-pie are more prevalent on the palate, lifted by the bright acidity. A lovely expression of Chardonnay and very different to most Cava!
