Rich straw yellow with a golden shimmer. Intense exotic fruit on the nose, reminiscent of pineapple, followed by a subtle herbal flavour. Slightly candied fruit shows on the palate with a delicately bitter note in behind, alongside harmonious acidity and a slightly salty, medium-long finish.
