Tasting from 04.10.2025: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Compact, impenetrable ruby red colour, slight edge brightening. Somewhat diffuse on the nose, lots of herbal savouriness, with ripe fruit notes behind it. Clearer fruit on the palate, reminiscent of redcurrant, ripe, gripping tannins, refreshing acid structure, savoury finish.
