Tasting Notes
Dark, bright ruby red. Rosemary Focacchia and olives on the nose, then a hint of anchovies, followed by dark berry nuances on the finish. Sparse on the palate and characterised by primary acidity, opens up on loosely knit tannins, slightly scratchy on the finish.
