The aroma is characterised by spontaneous fermentation, herbs, lemon balm, rosemary and bergamot, honey and yeast. Full-bodied palate, firm but not aggressive acid backbone, the wine reconciles pithiness and fullness. Has good further ageing potential with its mineral background.
