Tasting from 04.06.2013: Axel Biesler und Marco Lindauer

Compact, concentrated and still completely introverted. Not shy, but reserved and distinguished. Enormous richness can be sensed at best: plums, pickled figs and a myriad of ethereal herbs. Brilliant palate attack of dense, spicy fruit and brilliantly chiseled acidity. Ripe and stable tannin structure builds on a brilliant future. Excellent food companion.
