Bright straw yellow with shimmering reflections. The nose is fragrant, with strong aromas of toasted wood, caramel and cream, plus candied banana pieces and very ripe pear, white rose and nutmeg. The palate is polished, with wood notes, creamy and gentle, the acidity accompanies the balanced palate, the aftertaste is minimally alcoholic.
