Tasting from 01.07.2025: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Quite an intense nose, apple and pear notes, apricot and subtle tropical fruit nuances. On the palate, it has a smooth texture, restrained acidity, again pear and apricot flavours. Beautiful minerality on the finish.
