Tasting from 02.12.2022: Othmar Kiem & Simon Staffler

Dark, very rich ruby red. An especially deep and complex nose; expressive with raisins, milk chocolate, dried plums, plus slightly alcoholic. On the palate considerable freshness and well integrated alcohol, with tension and texture, plus nice acidity, then unfortunately a little drying in the finish.
