Equally striking and hearty bouquet of dark cherries, elderberry, stewed plums and smoky-mineral nuances. Some bitter chocolate and aniseed. Determined acidity counteracts the hearty fruit core. Persistently delicious cherry flavor with grippy tannins. Alcohol dangerously well packaged: Wonderful drinking flow.
