Tasting from 12.02.2016: Peter Moser

Dark ruby, opaque core, purple reflections, slightly watery rim. Fine toasty aromas, a touch of toffee and caramel, black berry fruit underlay, faint herbs and nougat, ripe plum background. Substantial, elegant and fruity, fine cherry fruit, mineral, well-integrated tannins, very well balanced, spicy on the finish, fine bitter chocolate nuances in the aftertaste.
