Tasting from 09.07.2019: Ulrich Sautter

A lot of new wood, something international in the fragrance. Silky and opulent on the palate, all very fine and mild in the mouth, harmonious, round and noble, very restrained at this young stage. The refinement of the wild Mourvèdre (95 percent!) seems almost a little too far. May develop savouriness.
