Tasting Notes
Barrel sample ready to fill. Very floral on the nose, lime blossom, ice candy and caramel. The palate starts with good substance, is fresh and full of tension with civilised acidity, a largely dry impression and a pointed finish that leaves the palate fresh and clean. A very good accompaniment to food.
