Tasting from 20.02.2026: Ulrich Sautter

Ruby red in the glass. Warm fragrance dominated by aromas of forest floor, licorice and dried herbs. Coffee, chocolate and cedar wood. Firm and full on the palate. Soft tannins. Very dense phenolics. Acidity plays in the background. Notes of cooked berries, licorice and warm tar. Full-bodied, lining with juicy opulence.
