Tasting Notes
Rather light, slightly matured red; restrained on the nose, a hint of wood, notes of sour cherry, blackberries and smoked bacon; dense on the palate, vivid acidity, some carbonic acid, grippy tannin, clearly wood, alcohol-accentuated; good length. Still youthful, strongly extracted, concentrated wine, still needs time.
