The red wine Barbera d'Asti Superiore DOCG, vintage 2018 from the winery Enzo Bartoli has been rated in 2022 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Barbera from the region Piedmont in Italy.
Clear ruby with a rich purple shimmer. Very intense and rich nose of ripe, dark cherries, blackberry and some liquorice. Hearty and gripping on the palate, showing lots of cherry, opens with grippy, vivid tannins, then somewhat washed out on the finish.
