Sparkling, bright golden yellow. A very lush, appealing nose with aromas of dried rose petals, plenty of cloves, and papaya—very inviting. Refined on the palate, it opens up with plenty of ripe fruit and spicy notes, with a nice, lingering finish; not an opulent, expansive Gewürztraminer, but rather one focused on refined drinkability.
