Tasting Notes
Bright ruby red. Very shy nose with light red currant and some cassis. Hearty entry on the palate with sweet tannins and red fruit, builds discreetly and ends with firm pressure on the finish.
More about the tastingAssam tea, bouillon, resin notes. Tannic on the palate, dry tannins, mild acidity, a hint of green tones on a broad, alcoholic base. The aroma blanket (herbal-spicy) remains defensive in intensity and length.
