The sparkling wine Cuvée Nr. 4 Extra Brut Millesimato Trento DOC, vintage 2015 from the winery Etyssa has been rated in 2019 by Gerhild Burkard, Benjamin Herzog with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Chardonnay from the region Alto Adige in Italy.
Bright straw yellow with subtle lemon nuances. Floral and fruity aromas of elderflower and orange blossom, a touch of blackcurrant, raspberry and just a hint of quinine. On the palate, very expressive with a vivid mousse, taut and fresh with a crisp texture and cool style. Subtle fruit expression on the dry finish.
