Intense, flint golden yellow colour, fine mousse. Expressive nose, ripe pomaceous fruit, reminiscent of apple and pear, chamomile blossom and fresh sourdough. Refreshing on the palate with a crisp acid structure, builds beautifully, lingering, salty finish.
