It has a bright medium greenish yellow colour, with silver reflections. There is a fresh herbal savouriness, as well as aromas of candied grapefruit zest, some mango, and nice blossom honey, it is a multi-faceted and inviting bouquet. It is juicy, powerful, with lovely yellow fruit, a delicate sweetness, finesse and balance, a salty minerality, and good length. It has certain ageing potential.
