Tasting from 10.02.2017: Peter Moser und Ulrich Sautter

Deep dark ruby garnet, opaque core, violet reflections, delicate edge brightening. Ripe plums, a hint of dried fruit, delicate hints of figs, developed bouquet. Juicy, black berry fruit, fresh structure, subtle wood spice, some nougat on the finish, preserved cherries in the aftertaste.
