It is a wine made from the grape varieties Chardonnay, Spätburgunder, Schwarzriesling from the region Pfalz (Palatinate) in Germany.
The bouquet is dominated by yeasty notes reminiscent of brioche, shortcrust pastry and almonds. Underlined by fine wood nuances and aromas of quince jelly, apricot and toffee. A crémant that effortlessly manages without dosage and displays a perfect balance of ripeness and acidity. Spicy accents and a long finish lend it delicacy and depth - a first-class crémant.
