Tasting from 21.11.2021: Peter Moser

Intense ruby garnet colour, purple reflections, delicate brightening on the rim. Fresh wild berry confit of strawberries and blackberries, with candied orange zest in the background, floral nuances. Medium body, some chocolate and figs, fine acidity, a hint of cocoa on the finish, subtle sweetness in the aftertaste, already well developed.
