The red wine Poggio Bestiale, vintage 2013 from the winery Fattoria di Magliano has been rated in 2016 by Othmar Kiem with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Merlot from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Sparkling, intense ruby-violet. Opens with pronounced spicy notes, dark bread crust, then tobacco, lots of plum. Amazingly fresh and present fruit on the palate, of cassis and pomegranate, pithy, gripping tannins, dark olive paste on the finish.
