The red wine Chianti Classico DOCG, vintage 2014 from the winery Fattoria di Petroio has been rated in 2017 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Sangiovese from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Very dark ruby red with light violet edges. Fragrant, open nose of wild berries and a subtle elderberry note. On the palate, gripping with finely woven tannins, also salty, ending with a strong palate pressure.
