The red wine Stringaio Toscana Rosso IGT, vintage 2016 from the winery Fattoria La Torre has been rated in 2019 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Intense, elegant ruby red. Hearty and inviting nose of ripe raspberry and strawberry, accompanied by a delicate hint of cassis, with a subtle smoky aftertaste. Opens up on the palate, initially compact and fruity, with a beautiful texture, good structure and body, lingers long on the palate, fine finish.
