Brilliant straw yellow. On the nose, initially wet stone, then candied lemon zest, reminiscent of flint, with a young apricot aftertaste. Juicy and clear on the palate, clearly salty, medium weight with good length, gentle and repeatedly salty on the finish. An unjustly reviled classic.
