Dense, full-bodied ruby colour. Sensual, full nose with lots of ripe blackberry fruit, also plums, liquorice in the background. Hearty and gripping on the palate, initially showing lots of dark berry fruit, then dense tannins, full-bodied, firm drive and deep, earthy notes on the finish.
