Tasting Notes
Rich garnet. Initial earthy aromas of truffle and hazelnut, then lots of ripe black berries and some background hints of cocoa. Develops nicely on the palate, savoury notes with ripe black fruit, lots of blackberry and ripe raspberry notes. Grippy, dense tannin and a salty finish.
More about the tastingRich, sparkling ruby. Presents itself with an intense, fleshy nose, full of blackberries and plums, fine cinnamon notes in the background, some cloves. Polished, fine-meshed tannins, flows smoothly, very juicy, lots of cherry fruit, balanced and calm.
