Dark ruby red with purple. Generous spicy notes of cassis and elderberry on the nose, supported by clove and a hint of red bell pepper. Spicy on the palate with a slightly peppery-savoury-animal note, very warm-hearted, has tension throughout and comes back juicy on the finish.
